Capita Insurance Services announces the launch of its bordereaux management service for Lloyd’s managing agents and companies in the London market. The service will be managed by the highly experienced Capita team in Cheltenham, with specialist bordereaux technology provided by VIPRLtd.
The service will allow managing agents to focus on the analysis of data, while the processing, validation and chasing for missing items will be managed using Capita’s insurance professionals, utilising market leading technology. Additional services will also be available including: claims bordereaux management, bordereaux audit management,credit control and binder registration.
