What does your job involve?
Largely deciding on strategy, finding new project opportunities and organising my team, which translates into telling people what to do and answering a lot of emails.

Solving anomalous problems that clients encounter, and making their life easier.
What do you find most challenging in your job?
A lot of my job is trying to multi-task various projects, clients and resources. The most challenging part of my job is finding effective solutions that make the majority of clients happy.
What’s your background – qualifications, previous experience?
Einstein said, ‘The only source of knowledge is experience’ and I have plenty of that. I have 25 years of experience in software development in all sorts of industries, from military and health to broadcasting.
What’s your biggest achievement?
My two kids, as well my four Alfa Romeos.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Hobbies etc.
I like to keep fit, whether it’s on two wheels (mountain-biking) or my two feet by sparring in boxing ring. I’m also a big fan of whiskey – collecting it, as well as drinking it.
If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?
Tall, inventive, humorous.
What would people be surprised to know about you?
I love two-tone shoes.
