We are thrilled to announce that we have appointed Greg Denham as the new Chief Information Officer at VIPR. As CIO, Denham will be responsible for delivering any change and maintenance of our comprehensive suite of insurance software solutions, including our leading bordereaux management software, Intrali.
Denham brings with him 25 years’ experience from a successful career in various leadership roles in application, development and maintenance, and has had accountability for the London Market Bureau systems, including the Insurer’s Market Repository (IMR) and Electronic Claims File (ECF). His wealth of knowledge and experience made him a stand-out choice for VIPR’s COO, Stewart Williams.
“We selected Greg because of his pedigree in working in the supplier market for the Insurance industry,” says Williams. “As VIPR continues to grow, we recognised that we needed someone with the experience of running a large operation to facilitate this. Greg is that someone. He will enable us to put the structures and processes in place that will help take VIPR to the next level.”
Reflecting on Denham’s reason for joining the team, he explains that VIPR was a company that was most aligned with his own customer-focused approach, “I joined VIPR as I really liked their emphasis around the customer and working with them to provide the best solutions possible for the insurance industry. I wanted to be part of that.” He continues, “My ambition is to further enhance the quality of the products delivered to our customers and to maintain the focus on operational service.”
Williams says, “As VIPR continues to grow and develop both in the UK and global markets, the appointment of key personnel like Greg will ensure the success of the business, while maintaining our core values. With an increasing number of business partners and customers using our portfolio of products, it is therefore imperative that we maintain a strong team to deliver what our customers want as well as uphold exceptional customer service throughout this period of growth.”
