At VIPR, diversity, equity, and inclusion are not just guiding principles, they’re embedded in who we are.

Each year, we assess our progress to ensure our workplace remains welcoming, fair, and representative of the diverse communities we serve.

Our latest diversity data, drawn from 2024–2025, shows positive trends that reflect the strength of our inclusive culture:

  • Gender Representation: Female representation rose from 34.1% in 2024 to 36.8% in 2025, with male representation adjusting from 65.9% to 63.2%. This balanced growth demonstrates our ongoing commitment to equitable opportunities for all genders.
  • Gender Identity: Consistent openness in gender identity disclosure shows that our team members feel comfortable being themselves at work — a testament to the trust in our inclusive environment.
  • Ethnic Diversity: Representation from ethnically diverse backgrounds continues to grow. While the proportion of individuals identifying as White British increased slightly, our workforce remains rich in cultural diversity, with stable representation from Indian, White and Asian, and other ethnic groups.
  • Openness and Disclosure: There’s a growing sense of comfort among employees in sharing their identities which is a powerful indicator of confidence in VIPR’s culture of respect and confidentiality.

What's ahead?

Diversity is not a destination but an evolution. In 2025 and beyond, we’re deepening our commitment through:

  • Inclusive recruitment practices, including anonymous CV reviews and outreach to underrepresented groups.
  • Annual diversity surveys that help us track progress and ensure fair treatment for all.
  • Continuous learning and awareness, empowering our teams to champion inclusivity every day.
